How to Report Issues

When you come across an issue, it is essential to provide us with detailed information. Here are the steps you should follow:

Capture Evidence

Please take screenshots or, preferably, screen recordings of the issue. If you are unsure how to capture these, please refer to our instructions for guidance.

Specific Missions

If the issue happens in a specific mission, please include a screenshot from that mission with the clue history open. This will help us identify the mission in question.

Submitting Your Reports

Once you have gathered the necessary screenshots or recordings, you can submit your report through one of the following methods:

  • Use the Contact Us button located in the top right corner of our website. Fill out the form and upload your files directly.

  • Send us an email with the files attached to digitaltesters(at)czechgames.com.

  • You can also join our discord and report it there: after accepting the rules, look for CODENAMES APP category and in there #app-feedback channel.
