Why should I secure my account?

That’s a good question! When you start the game, the only thing you have to do is choose your in-game name. You don’t need to give us your email address or create a password. These accounts are called unsecured. They are connected to your mobile device. In this case, we can’t protect or restore your progress if anything goes wrong. Securing your account is the only way to share your progress on more devices (tablet and mobile phone, for instance). That also allows us to provide you with full support in any unpredictable situation. The only thing you need to do is provide us with your email address and create a password. Both of them will be then connected to your account in our database.


I forgot my password. How can I change it?

You can change the password for your account on account.czechgames.com. Or just tap on the PROFILE button and then choose MANAGE ACCOUNT. That leads you to the website where you can tap the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? button. You only need to know the email address you provided us. We will send you the link to create a new password.


Can I rename my profile name?

Unfortunately not, so choose your name wisely. You can always start a game with a new profile, but you will lose your current progress.

How can change my avatar?

To change your avatar, tap on it, then hit the PROFILE button and tap on the avatar on your ID card. That opens an avatar library. You can choose the avatar you like. You can also see avatars you haven’t unlocked yet. 

How do you unlock them? You find them in safes (that is the reward for collecting achievements) or in achievements themselves. Just a side note: you can see avatars’ silhouettes on achievement banners. The silhouettes represent the category of the avatar you can receive (there are common, uncommon, and rare avatars to be unlocked), not the particular avatars you receive.



How can I delete my account?

We don't recommend it. Do you want a break? Uninstall the game, and if you’d like to return it, your account awaits you. But if you really want to delete account and lose all your progress, email digitalsupport@czechgames.com


Can I share my progress on more devices?

Sure, you can! Secure your account (give us your email address and create a password). When you install the game on other devices, log in with these credentials. Your progress will be synced on all of them.

Can I play in more languages, or should I choose one at the beginning?

The game is available in English and Czech, but more languages are coming. We are currently working on German and French; they should be available later this year. You can play in each language if you want. The progress is separated in each language, so you don’t need to worry that you will miss anything in your primary language by playing in the other one. 


How do I change the language of the game?

Tap the setting button in the upper right corner, tap on the LANGUAGE tab, and choose the language you’d like to play in.
