How to report players

We strive to foster a positive and friendly community for all players. However, there may be instances where individuals exhibit rude or inappropriate behavior. It is essential for us to address these issues promptly to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. This document outlines the procedures for reporting such incidents and the steps you can take to help us maintain a respectful environment.

We appreciate your assistance in reporting incidents of rudeness or misconduct. By doing so, you help us reduce negative behavior and protect other players from unpleasant experiences.

The most effective way to report a player is through the REPORT button available in the app. You can find this option on the player's profile.

To access a player's profile, you can:

1. Tap their avatar in a finished game: This will take you directly to their profile.

2. Search for their nickname: If you can't find them in recent games, try searching for their nickname in the friendlist search bar. This should bring up their profile.

Once you're on their profile, you'll see the "Report a player" button.

1. Tap the "Report a player" button.

2. Select the reason that applies to the incident.

If you wish to include screenshots as part of your report, please use the "Contact Us" button located in the top right corner of our website. Fill out the form and upload your files directly for our review.

If you want to ensure that you do not encounter a specific player in future games, you can give them a THUMB DOWN after the mission is completed.

If you encounter offensive language or behavior, please provide a detailed description of the issue, including any relevant screenshots. Be sure to mention when the problem started and whether it is recurring.

If you come across a username that you find inappropriate or offensive, the best way to report it is directly within the app. Please provide a detailed explanation of why you believe the username is inappropriate.

To report a player for griefing or cheating, navigate to the mission where you observed the inappropriate behavior. Tap on the player's avatar, then select "Report a player." In the report window, choose the appropriate category (griefing or cheating) and provide a detailed explanation of why you believe the player's actions were inappropriate.
